The psychology of forgiving another
pp. 233-244
Abstract
This chapter presents a phenomenological analysis of the experience of forgiving another, based on a series of interviews. We start with a discussion of the importance of forgiveness as a topic for psychological study and attempt to account for psychologists' neglect of this topic.
